Overview on managing account access

Find the Team tab and learn what you can do from the Members and Teams tabs — inviting users, managing permissions, and creating teams.

This article shows where to find the Team tab and what you can do from the Members and Teams tabs.


Step 1: Log in

Sign in to your Hearsay account at portal.usehearsay.com/login.

Step 2: Open the Team tab

Click Team in the left panel.

Step 3: Choose Members or Teams

Select the Members tab to manage users and invitations, or the Teams tab to create and edit teams.


Members

From the Members tab, you can:

  • Invite new team members

  • Manage pending invitations (resend or delete)

  • Edit user permissions

  • Delete a user

Teams

From the Teams tab, you can create and edit teams. Teams let you group team members together so that when creating a case, you can assign an entire team instead of adding each member individually.
