This article walks you through creating a team in your organization's Hearsay account.
Teams let you group team members together so that when creating a case, you can assign an entire team at once instead of adding each member individually. To edit an existing team, see How to edit a team.
Step 1: Click + Create Team
From the Team tab, select the Teams tab. Click + Create Team in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Enter team details
Enter a Team Name, select a Team Icon, and check the Team Members to include. Users with a pending invitation cannot be added to a team until they accept.
Step 3: Click Create Team
Click Create Team. You'll be redirected to the Teams tab.
