How to delete a user

Remove a team member from your organization's Hearsay account.

This article walks you through removing a user from your organization's Hearsay account.

Removing a user revokes their access to all cases. To change a user's role instead, see How to edit user permissions.


Step 1: Click Edit

From the Team tab, make sure the Members tab is selected. Find the user and click Edit.

Step 2: Click Remove

In the Edit Team Member modal, click Remove.

Step 3: Confirm

Click Remove to confirm. The user will lose access to all cases in the organization.
