From the Collection Checklist, click AI Chat History.

Select the platform you want to upload data from: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), or Gemini (Google).

If you already have your export file, select Yes, I have my file ready to go directly to the upload step. Otherwise, select No, I need to request it for step-by-step instructions.

Follow the numbered steps to request a data export from your AI platform. Click Done — I’ve requested my data when finished. You can return to this page to upload the file when you receive it.

Drag and drop your ZIP file into the upload area, or click to browse. Accepted format: .zip (max 500 MB).

Your file has been submitted for processing. It will appear in your collection once processing is complete. To upload data from another AI platform, click Upload another platform.
