Authenticating your Gmail account connects it to the Upload Portal so you can search for and import emails. This process does not require a computer and can be completed on a phone.
Step 1: Select Gmail in the Upload Portal
On the Emails step in the Upload Portal, select Gmail (Google).
Step 2: Choose your Google account
Choose or confirm the Google account you want to connect.
Step 3: Click Continue
Click Continue on the Google permissions screen.
Step 4: Click Allow
Click Allow to grant the Upload Portal access to your email.
Start importing emails
After authenticating, the portal confirms your account is connected and presents two collection methods: search for individual emails or import in bulk.
