Here's how to get back into your collection to finish up, share more data, or check what's left to do.
You don't need an account or password
Accounts are for the account holder who requested your data. Everything runs on your extraction code. The Upload Portal does not create an account for you, so there is no password to reset.
Re-enter your collection
Go to upload.usehearsay.com and enter your extraction code in the "Enter Extraction Code Here" field, then click "Continue".
The same code works every time. You can return later and pick up where you left off, and your guided plan shows which steps you've completed.
Can't find your code?
Your extraction code was sent to you by email or text message:
Email: check your inbox and spam folder for a message from [email protected]. It may also have come directly from the person who requested the collection.
Text: check your text messages for the code.
Still can't find it? Ask the person who requested the collection to resend it.
If the code says invalid or won't work
Check for extra spaces before or after the code and make sure each character matches what was sent to you. Then try again at upload.usehearsay.com.
If it still doesn't work, the code may be locked. Ask the person who sent it to resend it.
