How to review call logs

How to review collected call logs in Case Data

Browse call logs

Select Call Logs under the phone data source in the Data Sources sidebar. Each entry shows the contact name, a direction label (Incoming, Outgoing, or Missed), call duration, and the date and time.

Use Search by contact name or number to find specific entries. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom to navigate through pages.


Filter by call type

Use the filter tabs at the top of the call log to narrow the list:

  • All — Every call log entry

  • Incoming — Calls received by the device

  • Outgoing — Calls made from the device

  • Missed — Calls that were not answered

Each tab shows the count of matching entries.


Export call logs

Click CSV or PDF in the top-right corner to download the call logs. For additional export options, go to Case Exports in the left sidebar.
