Compare two or more conversations side by side to line up timelines or check the same period across sources.

Open a conversation in Case Data, click the gear icon for View Settings, and select Compare with another conversation.

Search or scroll the list from the same data source and click a conversation.

Both conversations appear in columns on one timeline; scroll to move through both at once.

Set a Start Date and End Date and click Apply to narrow the period. Filters has more options.

Click + Add conversation and pick a source (iMessage/SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Facebook) to browse its conversations.

Each conversation gets its own column and color.
