Search for specific words or phrases within a single conversation while reviewing data in Case Data.
Use the keyword search bar
While viewing a conversation, type a word or phrase in the Search evidence... bar in the toolbar. The search must contain at least three characters. Matching messages are highlighted in the conversation thread.
This search only applies to the conversation you are currently viewing — it does not search across all conversations in the case.
Navigate between matches
Use the up and down arrows next to the search bar to jump between matching messages. The match count shows how many results were found in the conversation.
To search a different conversation, click its name in the left panel and enter a new search term.
