Pro Mode lets you create a case and data collection request on a single page, instead of using the step-by-step guided setup. All the same fields are available; Pro Mode displays them together for faster configuration.
Step 1: Open the New Case form
Click Create Case to create the case and send the collection request.
Step 2: Enter case details
Under Send To, enter the custodian's contact information. Select My Client to send the request directly to the custodian, or Opposing Counsel to route it through the opposing attorney for review first.
Step 3: Configure the data collection request
Under Collection Mode, choose how the custodian shares their data. Three options are available: Manual, Auto Share, and Share All. If you select Auto Share, enter your search criteria (email addresses, phone numbers, contact names, or keywords).
Step 1: Data Sources
Under Data Sources, check each data source you want to collect: Mobile Device, Email, Social Media, AI Chat, Financial, and Case Files.
Step 2: Collection Mode
Check the Pro mode checkbox.
The change takes effect the next time you click + New Case.
The Pro Mode form combines the wizard steps into sections on a single page.
Step 3: Documents
If you selected Case Files, a Documents section appears. Enter one document name per line.
Step 4: Date Range
Under Date Range, select Collect everything to include all available data, or Specific date range to limit the collection to a custom period.
Step 5: Send To & Services
Select any additional services you need (equipment or managed collection).
