How do I create a case in Pro Mode?

Create a case and collection request on a single page instead of the step-by-step wizard.

Pro Mode lets you create a case and send a data collection request on a single page instead of using the step-by-step wizard. All the same fields are available, displayed together for faster configuration.

Pro Mode is a per-user setting that replaces the New Case wizard with a single-page form.

Step 1: Open Settings

Click Settings in the left panel.

Step 2: Find Case Creation

On the Profile tab, find the Case Creation section.

Step 3: Check Pro mode

Settings Profile tab with Pro mode checkbox

Check the Pro mode checkbox. The helper text reads: "Show all case settings on a single page instead of the step-by-step wizard. Recommended for experienced users."

The change takes effect the next time you click + New Case.

The Pro Mode form combines the wizard steps into sections on a single page.

Step 4: Click + New Case
