Enable the Plaid integration to collect bank account and financial data. Once enabled, financial data sources will be available when creating data requests.
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page
Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click "Enable Plaid"
On the Plaid card, click the "Enable Plaid" button.
Step 3: Submit your application
In the Enable Plaid modal, provide your company details to activate financial data collection. This feature is currently available for US-based organizations only.
Check the attestation box to confirm your information is accurate and agree to Plaid’s Terms. Click "Submit Application."
Step 4: Wait for activation
Once submitted, it may take up to 72 hours for Plaid to be activated. When activation is complete, the Plaid card shows Active and financial data collection is enabled for your organization. Bank Records can then be included as a data source when creating data requests.
