How to set client communication & support preferences

Choose how Hearsay communicates with you and your clients when support issues arise during collections.

Step 1: Go to Organization Settings

Click Settings in the left panel, then select the Organization tab.

Step 2: Select a preference

Select one of the three options below. The setting saves automatically and a green Settings saved banner confirms the change.


Client Communication & Support Preferences

CC me or my team when you contact my clients

Hearsay will add the extraction code creator plus any designated email addresses when communicating with clients about issues with extractions. You can enter additional Support Emails separated by commas.

Do not CC me with extraction errors

Hearsay will communicate directly with the custodian when there is an issue.

Do not contact my clients

Hearsay will coordinate assistance with the extraction code creator instead of contacting custodians directly.
