Control whether clients can add white-glove managed service and order hardware for their collections.

Finding Hardware and Managed Services preferences
Click Settings in the left panel, select the Organization tab, and scroll down past Client Communication & Support Preferences.
Managed Services
Step 1: Enable managed services
Check Allow my clients to add white-glove managed service to their extractions without approval.
Step 2: Choose a billing method
Select whether to Charge the card on file or Charge the client directly. The setting saves automatically.
Hardware
Step 1: Enable hardware ordering
Check Allow clients to order hardware when required for their extractions.
Step 2: Set a max budget
Enter the max budget without approval amount and click Save.
