How to change the name of a case

Steps for how to rename a case.

Rename a case from Case Settings.

Step 1: Open the case

From the My Cases page, click on the case you want to rename.

Step 2: Open Case Settings

In the left sidebar, click Case Settings.

Step 3: Edit the case name

In the Case Name field, type the new name for your case.

Step 4: Save your changes

Click Save Changes to apply the new name.

The updated case name will appear across the platform, including the My Cases page and exports.
