How to delete a case

Learn how to archive and permanently delete a case and all its associated data.

Permanently delete a case. Cases must first be archived before they can be deleted. Deleting a case removes all associated data and cannot be undone.

Step 1: Open the case menu

From the My Cases page, click the three-dot menu () next to the case you want to delete.

Step 2: Archive the case

Click Archive from the dropdown menu. The case will be moved to the Archived tab.

Step 3: Delete the archived case

Click the Archived tab at the top of the My Cases page. Find the archived case, click the three-dot menu (), and click Delete Permanently.

Step 4: Confirm deletion

Review the warning — this action cannot be undone. All data associated with the case will be permanently removed. Click Delete Permanently to confirm.
