Upload your ChatGPT chat history export file to Hearsay through the Upload Portal.
Before you start: Make sure you have downloaded your ChatGPT export file. See How to download ChatGPT chat history if you need help.
Step 1: Select ChatGPT
From the AI Chat History screen, select ChatGPT (OpenAI).
Step 2: Confirm you have your file
If you already have your export file, select Yes, I have my file ready to go directly to the upload step.
If you haven't exported your data yet, select No, I need to request it for step-by-step download instructions.
Step 3: Upload your file
Drag and drop your ZIP file into the upload area, or click to browse. Accepted format: .zip (max 500 MB).
A progress bar shows the upload status. Wait for the upload to complete.
When you see File submitted!, your ChatGPT chat history has been uploaded.
Click Next to continue to the next step in your collection, or click Upload another platform to upload data from another AI service.
