Upload your Claude export on the AI Chat History step of the Upload Portal.
Before you start, download your export file from Claude. See How to download Claude chat history if you have not done that yet.
Step 1: Select Claude
Select Claude. Drag your .zip file (up to 500 MB) into the drop zone, or click to browse.
Step 2: Upload your file
Wait for the upload to finish.
When you see File submitted!, you are done with Claude. The file appears in your collection once processing is complete. To add history from another provider, click Upload another platform.
Continue your collection
Use Next source in the header to move to the next source. You can come back to this step at any time.
