How to edit profile settings

Manage your profile name and email, enable Pro Mode for case creation, set conversation display preferences, configure workspace tabs, and try Demo Mode.

Profile settings let you manage your personal account details, configure case creation preferences, and customize your workspace. To access these settings, click Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Profile tab.

Profile

Update your display name and manage your email address.

Edit Name and Email

  • Name — click the field to edit your name, then click "Save Profile" to save.

  • Email — your email address cannot be changed directly. Click "Request change" to submit a request. Email changes require verification and admin approval, and will be processed within 1 business day.


Case Creation

Enable the checkbox to show all case settings on a single page instead of the step-by-step wizard (Pro Mode). Recommended for experienced users who create cases frequently.


Conversation Preferences

Set where to start when opening a conversation in the review interface.

  • Oldest messages — opens at the beginning of the conversation.

  • Newest messages — opens at the most recent messages.


Workspace

Customize how you navigate the app.

Enable tabs — open multiple pages side by side with browser-style tabs.

  • Mac: Use Cmd+Shift+T to create a new tab and Cmd+Shift+W to close one.

  • Windows: Use Ctrl+Shift+T to create a new tab and Ctrl+Shift+W to close one.

Demo Mode

Explore the product with sample data and a guided tour. Nothing you do in demo mode is saved. Click Start demo to begin.
