Your profile settings hold your name and email, how new cases are created, and how the review interface behaves for you.

Click Settings in the left sidebar. The Profile tab opens first.

Edit your name and click Save Profile. To change your email, click Request change; changes need verification and admin approval, and are processed within one business day.

Check Pro mode to create cases on a single page instead of the step-by-step wizard. Recommended if you create cases often. See How do I create a case and data collection request in Pro Mode?.

Choose whether a conversation opens at its Oldest messages or Newest messages.

Check Enable tabs to open several pages side by side. Cmd+Shift+T (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+T (Windows) opens a tab; Cmd+Shift+W or Ctrl+Shift+W closes one.

Open tabs sit across the top of the app; click one to switch.

Click Start demo to explore the product with sample data and a guided tour. Nothing you do in demo mode is saved.
