The Hardware and Managed Services panel on the Organization tab controls whether clients can add white-glove managed service and order hardware for their extractions.
Step 1: Open Settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Organization tab
Select the Organization tab.
Step 3: Find Hardware and Managed Services
Scroll past Client Communication & Support Preferences to the Hardware and Managed Services panel.
Step 4: Allow managed service without approval
Check Allow my clients to add white-glove managed service to their extractions without approval to let clients request managed service on their own.
Step 5: Choose a billing method
Choose a billing method: select Charge the card on file to bill your firm, or Charge the client directly to bill the client.
Step 6: Allow hardware ordering
Check Allow clients to order hardware when required for their extractions to let clients request equipment.
Step 7: Set a maximum budget
Enter a dollar amount in the Max budget without approval field to set the maximum hardware cost a client can approve without your review.
Step 8: Save your changes
Click Save to apply your changes.
