The Automations tab on the Integrations page gives you API access for building custom automations, connecting to Zapier or Make.com, and creating cases or collection requests programmatically.
Step 1: Open Integrations
Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Automations tab
Select the Automations tab.
API Tokens
API tokens are used to authenticate requests to the Hearsay API. Your existing tokens appear in a list on the Automations tab. Click + Generate Token to create a new token.
Connect with Zapier or Make.com
The Automations tab lists two named automation platforms, each with a description of how it connects Hearsay to other tools:
Zapier: connect Hearsay to thousands of other apps using Zapier's automation workflows. Click View guide for setup instructions.
Make.com: build multi-step integrations between Hearsay and other services. Click View guide for setup instructions.
REST API reference
The Automations tab includes a reference section with REST endpoints for creating cases and creating collection requests programmatically. Use these endpoints with your API token to build custom integrations.
